We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, opened press-on nails cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
